Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Get Started" button and follow the sign-up process. You can choose to start with our free CryptoLite plan or upgrade to a premium plan immediately.

How do I access my trading signals?

Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard. Your signals will appear in real-time with detailed information including confidence scores, entry prices, take profit levels, and stop loss recommendations.

What cryptocurrencies do you cover?

Our CryptoLite plan covers 10 top cryptocurrencies, CryptoPro covers 25, and CryptoMax covers all top 100 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, ADA, DOT, SOL, and many more.

Subscription & Billing

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Is there a free trial available?

Our CryptoLite plan is completely free with a 30-day trial period. Premium plans offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Signal Quality & Performance

How accurate are your signals?

Our signals have historically achieved a 75-80% success rate. We provide detailed backtesting data and confidence scores with each signal. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

How often do you send signals?

Signals are generated daily based on market conditions. You'll receive notifications via email and dashboard alerts immediately when new signals are identified.

Do I have to follow every signal?

No, signals are recommendations only. Always conduct your own research and apply proper risk management. We provide confidence scores to help you decide.
